“The entire process from estimate through installation was very positive experience. The initial estimate was very competitive and provided realistic time frames for installation scheduling. The office staff were very helpful when permitting issues developed. The installers were very professional. They arrived when scheduled and involved me in the process about placement of the generator and other wall mounted equipment. Amazingly, the wall mounted equipment was placed in a visually order arrangment. My neighbors should be happy with the aesthetic.
They are also coordinating the propane tank installation and hookup with another company. It has been a full service experience. I highly recommend Trademark Electric. “

“They came out and did our estimate and it was a fair estimate. They moved up our install date contacted the gas company and let us know also. That was awesome we were able to set up our Vacation in order to get the install done. They arrive on time the morning of the install and were very polite and professional. The work was precise as they did measurements made sure things were level and exactly were they were suppose to be. They started the generator up and made sure it is working order and explained the lights on it and how it works. From power out to Generator on it took 17 seconds. They explained the maintenance and oil.
We will use them for our yearly service. They did a great job.”
